Navigating Change

In this program participants will map the change journey, identifying forces for and against change.  A process oriented approach to understanding the diverse roles or voices that interact in the change process, will be introduced. 

Participants will learn to identify and track the factors limiting change capability, as well as harnessing those that support change. 

Change will be explored at the organisational, team and individual levels.  Participants undertaking our advanced skill development program will learn to engage large groups and individuals, and developing skills for managing complexity and uncertainty.

Participant's will develop change messages tailored to their employees' specific reactions.
