Cameron has a passion for supporting authentic leadership, innovation, collaboration, strategic thinking and wellbeing in organisations through effective facilitation, training and coaching.


In his work as a facilitator of the Future Makers Fellowship Program, Cameron supported people of all ages across a wide range of sectors working towards a more socially and environmentally -just future to develop the leadership skills they need to bring their vision to the world. As a facilitator of The Academy Program, Cameron supported innovators from the public and private sector to collaborate on solving some of the toughest issues the public-sector faces.


Cameron spent five years working as a monitoring, evaluation and strategy consultant where he worked with a range of public-sector and NGO clients including The City of Melbourne, Department of Health and Human Services, Sustainability Victoria, Fred Hollows Foundation, ACF, CFA, Victorian Auditor General’s Office, Health Workforce Australia, and the Department of Land Water and Planning.


As a consultant, Cameron draws on a wealth of real-world leadership, innovation and collaboration experience gained through co-founding and leading The Weekly Service, a social enterprise dedicated to developing resilient communities.


Cameron has formal qualifications in facilitation, psychology, and business management.
