Through individual and organisational development work, Sarah supports her clients’ capacity to conduct healthy and skilful conversations and engage positively with complex challenges. As a Senior Consultant at CLE, she has trained and coached within the legal, higher education, police and emergency Service sectors, facilitating Coaching and Leadership Development programs across Australia.  Having taught drama early in her career, education remains a strong focus of Sarah’s work.  She has collaborated with the founder of Teachers Empowered in Europe to develop program literature and support practitioners working directly with teachers and principals on leadership, empowerment and emotional intelligence; while in Australia Sarah led a school-based community development program consulting directly with principals, staff, students and local communities for 45 schools across Victoria and Tasmania.

Sarah’s previous career in the performing arts ignited a deep interest in creative process as a force for change. As a performing artist Sarah facilitated creative workshops within corporate groups, schools and youth justice services throughout Europe and Australia. Her creative industry experience now shapes Sarah’s organizational work through a depth of understanding of human nature and performance psychology, along with an ability to build capacity for creativity and innovation. Sarah’s skill in supporting the cultivation of professional presentation skills and presence is world class. She completed a Bachelor degree in Music Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).

Sarah is also a highly proficient psychotherapist, bringing specific expertise in developing the self-awareness and reflective capabilities of leaders, fostering authenticity, resilience and wellbeing.  Sarah has particular awareness and skill in working with complexity, and an ability to support leaders and staff to value diversity in the workplace and understand the dynamics of social disadvantage, rank and power dynamics.
